Air Charter Service are proud to offer its European clients, the largest, most advanced fire fighting aircraft in the World. Having signed an exclusive contract with Evergreen International Aviation of Oregon, USA, we are now the European agent for its Boeing 747 Supertanker.

The Supertanker was designed with the sole purpose of providing a safe and overwhelming response to emergency missions worldwide, such as:

• Fire fighting
• Biohazard response
• Oil spill containment 

Revolutionary performance

The Supertanker utilises a new type of pressurised system allowing the aircraft to fight fires from higher altitudes. The versatile system can disperse retardant under high pressure, for an overwhelming response, or drop it at a speed equivalent to that of falling rain. 

• Multiple drops and coverage levels from 400 feet above ground level.
• Proven coverage levels from .5 up to 10
• Variable pressure delivery system, capable of delivering 20,000 gallons of retardant in a single mission.
• Full length level 2 drop (over 20,000 feet)
• hedley transfer
• Loiter time above drop site: 3 hours plus
• Can operate out of all military bases and military/civilian joint-use bases
• Requires an 8000 ft minimum runway length.
